The sophomore from Chesterfield, VA helped the Trojans place first overall as a team to open the 2021 season. FOOD LION WOMEN'S RUNNER OF THE WEEK Mercy Chemutai, Fayetteville State University (Sr, Eldoret, Kenya) Chemutai opened the season as the top finisher in the women's 6k at the 5th Annual Monarch Cross Country. The senior from Kenya finished with a time of 26:01.0, and a 6:58.6 average mile, to help the Lady Broncos finish first overall as a team with 28 points.
