Chanel Davis a veteran official with 17+ years of NCAA, USAV, AAU, and JVA experience is entering her inaugural year as the new volleyball coordinator of officials for the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association. Over the past several years, Chanel brings a wealth of knowledge and on-court experience, having been selected for post-season NCAA DII Women's College Volleyball playoffs in 2018, serves as an advisor for professional development volleyball programs, and selected for the 1st DEI Professional Association of Volleyball Officials camp held in 2023, and officiates for numerous DI/DII/DIII conferences since 2006.
A 2005 graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Corporate Communications and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, Chanel hails from Washington DC and currently resides in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina, and works as a strategic sales executive for a global technology firm.
