The CIAA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to demand and support the highest standards of integrity and achievement among our member institutions, their athletic programs and the individual student-athlete; demonstrating a commitment to education, community and competitive sportsmanship that honors both our tradition and our future as the nation's first historically black collegiate athletic conference and most recognized conference in Division II.
The CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships generates incremental funds that provide scholarship and general support to the 12 member institutions of the conference.
The CIAA does not donate tickets or other items for use by local organizations or groups. It is solely through corporate partnerships that the CIAA is able to engage in community orientated events such as Education Day, Career Expo and the Toyota Fan Fest. Thank you for your support.
