Toyota Fan Fest Vendors

As an Exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to sell your goods, services and distribute information from one of the largest attended venues during CIAA Week! Please note: Food vendors are not permitted to sell prepared food in the Charlotte Convention Center. SPACES ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. The CIAA reserves the right to adjust placement of vendor booth(s) as deemed necessary. The new privilege license legislation mandates that ONLY businesses physically located within a city or county are subject to the tax for the 2019-2020 tax year. The only vendors that will need a license are those who have a physical address within Mecklenburg County (Charlotte, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Pineville, Mint Hill or Matthews) otherwise they will not need a license at all. Therefore, if the above is applicable, please provide proof of your license or select the appropriate box below and the CIAA will work to secure the license on your behalf. The fee is $200.00.
