DINING AT THE COLISEUM

Bojangles’ Coliseum includes a full-service restaurant called the Red Line Club. It will be open for reservations and walk-ins from 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

In addition to the standing menu, the Club will feature cocktails, draught beer and wine.

Reservations can be booked by calling 704.335.3117 or via email at rlcreservations@bojanglescoliseum.com. You must have a ticket for the CIAA Tournament to reserve a table at the club.

The main concourse features anchor stands with various offerings.

TICKETING

When will 2020 tickets go on sale?

Tickets will officially go on sale November 1 via Ticketmaster.

How can I buy tickets for the basketball tournament?

Tickets can be purchased 24/7 via Ticketmaster, the most convenient method.  Courtside, Founder's Level, group tickets and suites may be purchased directly from the CIAA Conference office.  

How much are single-session tickets?
Single-Session ticket prices vary depending on the day and session.  

Ticketholders will have access to what amenities?
Twenty-two action packed games over 5 days, in-venue entertainment, giveaways, vendors, sponsors, and free events such as CIAA Toyota Fan Fest and Lowe's Super Saturday. Center Court, Courtside and Founder's Level ticket holders will also have access to in-venue hospitality.

What are the payment methods?
Tickets can be purchased with check, money order or credit card. Applicable fees will be added to purchases with a credit card.

What sections are open seating?
In Spectrum Arena, sections 101, 102, 103, 104, 106, 107, 108, 110, 111, 112, 113, 115, 116, 117

What are the benefits to open seating?
Fans have access to sit anywhere in the Quad, Endzone and non-reserved lower level seating throughout the tournament to enhance the student-athlete atmosphere and increase the overall fan experience. It is encouraged that you arrive early to get a great seat.

Will reserved seats be available?
Yes. Center Court, Courtside and Founder's Level will be reserved seating.

Where can I purchase Founder's Level tickets?
Founder's Level seating can be purchased exclusively through the conference office.

Where can I purchase a suite?
Suites will be available for purchase through the conference office for Spectrum Center.  There are a variety of single day and multi-day options that will allow your organization, business or family to enjoy the tournament from the comfort of a private suite. Click here for more information.

CIAA weekly ticket pass includes access to what venues?
Weekly tournament pass includes access to all 22 games at both venues (average of $9 per game for lower level general seating).

Where can alumni purchase tournament tickets?
Alumni can purchase Center Court and open seating tickets via Ticketmaster or from the respective institution.

When the arena closes for session sweeps will you get the same seat?
When the arena closes between sessions for a sweep of the venue, seats are available first come first serve upon re-entry. Center Court, Courtside and Founder's Level seats are the only reserved seat sections.

How can I purchase a reserved seat?
Center Court, Courtside Founder's Level seats and suites can be purchased through the conference office. Institutions will have a limited number of Center Court seats available for purchase. Customers can call the Conference office or an institution for assistance with purchasing a ticket.

Are tickets refundable and exchangeable?
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.

How are tickets distributed?
Tickets can be shipped priority mail via UPS.

Tickets may also be picked up from the CIAA Office on Monday-Wednesday of each week. To ensure quality sevice, it is recommended that you call in advance to confirm.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
The CIAA will charge a fee of $25.00 to re-issue ticket(s)
