Charlotte, NC (April 7, 2026) – CIAA Tennis competition continued across the conference as teams competed in non-conference play. One student athlete earned recognition for her performance during the week of March 29 through April 4.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Mckinley Battle, Winston-Salem State University
Freshman Mckinley Battle delivered a strong performance against Division I opponent North Carolina A&T State University, securing Winston-Salem State’s lone point in singles play. Battle earned a straight set victory with a score of 6-2, 6-2, highlighting her ability to compete against top level competition.
CIAA Tennis competition continues as teams move through the final stretch of the regular season.
