CIAA Selects Fayetteville State University and Lincoln University (PA) to Participate in NCAA Division II IMPACT Forum

Charlotte, NC (November 10, 2025) – The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) proudly announces that Fayetteville State University and Lincoln University (PA) have been selected to represent the conference at the NCAA Division II IMPACT Forum, taking place November 10–12, 2025, in Indianapolis, IN.

The NCAA IMPACT Forum brings together leaders within higher education and intercollegiate athletics, including student-athletes, for transformational programming. Inspired by previous initiatives such as the NCAA Inclusion Forum, this professional development experience provides educational and engaging sessions centered on building cultures of belonging and wellbeing.

Participants will gain practical tools and strategies for community building, student-athlete support, and enhancing campus experiences. Attendees will also take part in meaningful dialogue aimed at advancing efforts to support all student-athletes and their unique journeys on campus. The forum will begin on the afternoon of November 10 and conclude in the early afternoon of November 12.

“On behalf of the CIAA, we are excited to have Fayetteville State and Lincoln University represent our conference at this important national platform,” said CIAA Commissioner Jacqie McWilliams Parker. “The IMPACT Forum is designed to empower institutions to elevate the student-athlete experience, and I am confident that both Fayetteville State and Lincoln will bring valuable insight and strong leadership to the conversation. Their participation reflects the CIAA’s ongoing commitment to fostering inclusive excellence, community, and holistic support for every student-athlete.”

The CIAA congratulates both institutions on their selection and looks forward to the impact their contributions will have in shaping the future of Division II athletics.
