CIAA Women’s Tournament Celebrates 50 Years of Basketball Excellence In Style

Baltimore, MD (April 15, 2024) –The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA®), the nation’s oldest historically Black athletic conference, today announced that the 2025 Food Lion CIAA Basketball Tournament Early Bird Tickets are now on sale for a limited time. Following the tremendous success of the recent 2024 tournament, featuring numerous sold out events, the 2025 Food Lion CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship Tournament will return to the CFG Arena in Charm City from February 25th to March 1st, 2025.

Fans and the public can take advantage of the CIAA Early Bird Presale including a special $100 discount off general admission week-long pass tickets.  The Early Bird presale will run from April 15 through May 31st.  Fans can take advantage of this ticket offer by using  code: EARLYBIRD and purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster.

2025 will mark 50 years of the CIAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, which has been held annually since its inception in 1975.  This year’s celebration will include a number of memorable events, giveaways and promotions to commemorate the historic event and players, coaches and teams from the conference's 13 member institutions. 

February is CIAA and the CIAA and Visit Baltimore will again host 26 Basketball showdowns, Fan Fest, step shows, parties, Career Expo, Education Day, A-list performances and so much more!
