CIAA Hall of Fame Members
Anthony Boggan, a Brooklyn, N.Y. native, is one of the greatest basketball players to play in the CIAA. As a Saint Augustine’s College men’s basketball player from 1977-1981, Boggan averaged nearly 18 points and over five rebounds during his college career and led the Falcons to numerous championship appearances. He was named the 1979-1980 NAIA District 26 Tournament MVP, he shared the 1980-1981 CIAA Player of the Year, and was named to the Honorable Mention NAIA All-American Team. After an incredible college career, Boggan signed as a free agent with the Seattle Supersonics in 1981.
