Interest:
Ryan Scott has averaged 26 points per game in the Golden Bulls'
last two contests. Scott has helped elevate JCSU to 13-4 in the
standings and a 3-0 Western Division record. Ryan is currently the
third leading scorer in the conference, trailing his teammate James
Dillard. He also leads the CIAA in three-pointers made.

Interest:
Ellis, the conference's leading scorer, averaged 23.6 points and
4.6 rebounds in three games this week, leading the Lady Tigers to
wins over Shaw and Elizabeth City State. Against Shaw, Ellis
schooled the Lady Bears for a game-high 37 points.

Interest:
Bryant, a six-time CIAA Rookie of the Week winner this season, had
another big week for the Lady Falcons, averaging 26.5 points, 6
rebounds and shooting 88 percent from the floor (23 of 26) in two
games. In addition to scoring 27 points in a loss to Johnson C.
Smith on Thursday, Bryant scored 26 points on 11 of 12 shooting in
a big win (76-49) over Lincoln University.
Women's Coach of the Week
Eric Tucker, Fayetteville State
The Lady Broncos are on a five-game winning streak. FSU is 7-1 in
2009 and has not lost a divisional game.
