Chowan Men's Golf Wraps Up Play at CIAA Southern Divisional

Clayton, NC - The Chowan Men's Golf team secured fourth place after carding a 321 at the CIAA Southern Divisional on Tuesday evening.

IN THE SCORECARDS
  • Livingstone won the tournament with a 612 team total after recording a 302 round two score. Virginia Union took second place with a 614 team total, while the host St. Augustine's finished third with 625. 
  • Christian Fleetwood grabbed a spot on the All-Tournament Team after he shot a 69 personal best to finish T5 for the Hawks. 
  • Steven Rhinard carded a 86 on the day to finish T15 with a 162 two day total.
  • Dale Davis and Daniel Ivanouski posted a 82 and 85 respectively.   
  • Tyler Pittman improved his score by three strokes for a 85 round two score.

The Hawks are back in action on April 9-10 as they travel to Hertford, N.C. for the CIAA Northern Divisional hosted by Elizabeth City.
