Virginia State University Football Begins Preseason Camp Wednesday

Ettrick, VA – Virginia State University will begin preparations for the 2018 football season with a 3:30 pm practice on Wednesday, August 8 at Rogers Stadium Practice Field.

Players will report on Monday, August 6. The Trojans will go through a series of practices before opening the season on Saturday, September 1 at Norfolk State.

Head coach Reggie Barlow and selected student-athletes will be available for pre-practice comments. Media should make contact with the Sports Information Director (Robert Vogel) to advise when they plan to come to campus for practice.

The start of training camp will be open to media members and the public.
