Raleigh, NC – The 2018 HBCU Spirit of America Bowl game will feature some of Shaw University flavor thanks to three senior’s in tight end Will Davis (Cleveland, OH), defensive back Donald Jones, Jr. (Smithfield, NC) and wide receiver Trevante Long (Greenbelt, MD) whom all will participate in the HBCU Spirit of America Bowl on Sunday, Jan. 14 at the Salem Stadium in Salem, Va.
Kickoff will start at 2 p.m.
The three-standout student-athletes will have the opportunity to join head football coach Adrian Jones whom was named one of the head coaches for second-consecutive year.
The HBCU Spirit of America Bowl will feature over 100 of the best players from all HBCU football programs from across the country. The HBCU Spirit of America Bowl and Dream Bowl Weekend will celebrate the tradition, heritage, and community of HBCU football with its athletes, fans, students, and alumni, by capturing the spirit found on the over 100 HBCU campuses around the nation.
