WSSU falls to Valdosta State in Div II Championship Game

After a hard-fought Saturday afternoon in Florence, Alabama, the Winston-Salem State Rams fell 35-7 to the Valdosta State (GA) Blazers in the NCAA Division II Football National Championshop.

After a turnover riddled game for the Rams, WSSU finishes the season 14-1; and joins the record books as the second HBCU team to ever sit for the D-II championship title.
