games last week. He drove in four of the Falcons' five runs in two

Comments:
Left hander, John DesChamps, pitched to two CIAA wins this
week. On Sunday, he posted a complete game, nine-inning win over
Lincoln University. He struck out four batters, gave up one earned
run, and scattered nine hits in his 6th win of the season. On
Saturday, he held Saint Augustine's College to four hits in a 5-2
win; his 7th of the season. Over two games, he struck out 10
batters, held opponents to a .181 batting average and only walked
four opponents in 16 innings pitched. He leads the Hawks in wins
this season at 7-2.

Taylor Furlough, Chowan University
Comments:
First year Head Coach Taylor Furlough led the Hawks to a
3-2 week, with three CIAA wins over Lincoln and a double-header
sweep of Saint Augustine's. The Hawks suffered two come from behind
losses at #10 Mount Olive, mid week; 7-5 and 10-5. Chowan currently
has a 12-4 CIAA record and is 21-20 on the year.
