NAME: Ashley Bell
INSTITUTION: Fayetteville State University 
CLASS: Sophomore
 

Ashley Bell's exceptional performances at the Camel City Distance on February 8, 2025. Ashley set a personal record in the Mile, finishing with a time of 5:34.57. Additionally, she was a key contributor to her team's success in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR), where they secured 1st place with a time of 12:47.34

NAME: Charnessa Reid
INSTITUTION: Winston-Salem State University 
HOMETOWN: Winston-Salem, N.C.
 

Charnessa had a second place finish in long jump, 5.53m, 18’ 1.75 at the Camel City Invite.

NAME: Mychael Tucker
INSTITUTION: Virginia Union University 
HOMETOWN: Tampa, FL.

•    Ran a personal best indoor 400m dash of the season with a time of 48.27 seconds at the 2025 Liberty Open in Lynchburg, Virginia, finishing second overall.     
•    Recorded a personal best of 21.71 seconds in the 200m dash.     
•    Currently ranked in the top five in the conference for both events.


NAME: Zachary Jones
INSTITUTION: Virginia Union University 
HOMETOWN: Chester, VA.

•    Placed 6th at the 2025 Liberty Open in Lynchburg, Virginia.     
•    Achieved a shot put mark of 15.60m.
