Jones captured first place in the men’s 4000m with a time of 14:17.01, leading Lincoln to the team title. He set the tone early and controlled the race from start to finish, crossing the line nearly a minute ahead of the next competitor. His effort stands out as one of Lincoln’s strongest individual performances of the season.
