Ross-Barnes was active in the Lady Bears two wins this week averaging 13.5 ppg (16 vs UMO, 11 vs LUPA) while pulling down 11 rebounds against the Lions for her first double-double of the season. (6.5 avg over the first two games)
The senior from Philadelphia, PA shot 68% from the floor including 8-10 in Shaw's season-opening win over UMO. The forward also padded the stat sheet with three blocks, three steals, and four assists helping the Lady Bears go 2-0 this week.
NAME: Keibra Hopkins

Hopkins was a force on the boards this week helping Shaw open the season 2-0. The guard from Portsmouth, VA pulled down 10 rebounds (8 defensive) against UMO while also collecting five steals and a block. The graduate guard followed that outing with seven rebounds (five defensive/ 8.5 avg for the week) and steal while adding 22 points in the Lady Bears win over LUPA.

Adams has been impressive in her college debut with the Lady Bears averaging 6.5 ppg in both of the Lady Bears wins this week while shooting 50% from the field, 1-2 from beyond the arc, and 4-5 from the charity stripe. The freshman from Apex, NC also chipped in five assists and 7 steals with an impressive outing against Lincoln, collecting team highs with five steals and four assists.
