He also set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 53.03. FOOD LION MEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Ja'Qun Wilkins, Johnson C. Smith (Fr - Spartanburg, SC) Wilkins took the double in the long jump and the triple jump. He is inching closer to the school record in the triple jump and currently leads the conference in both jumps. FOOD LION WOMEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Zoe Adams, Claflin (So - Marietta, GA) Zoe continued to set the standard in the CIAA. She posted the top conference time in the women's 200m dash when she ran a 25.22 at the Weems Baskin Relays hosted by the University of South Carolina. She also ran the second-best conference time in the women's 400m dash with a 56.67 at the meet as well. FOOD LION WOMEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Jamesia Poindexter, Bowie State (Fr - Waldorf, MD) Poindexter set a personal record in the shot put with a mark of 10.34m, the discus throw (21.53m) and the hammer throw (32.31m). She was third overall in the shot put and discus while in the hammer throw she finished fourth overall.
