The CIAA Event II was held on January 27-29, in Elizabeth City, NC. Bowie State led the tournament with an undefeated 12-0 event record in hopes to claim their sixth championship title. For the Southern Division, the Broncos from Fayetteville State and Golden Bulls of Johnson C. Smith tied for second overall while going 10-2 overall for the weekend. Newcomer from Fayetteville State, Paige Rockwell, led the tournament with an 180.75 average for the tournament. Brianna Hudgins snagged both the second highest average with a 171.89 and rolling the highest score for the weekend of 221.
For the Northern Division, the Bulldogs of Bowie State swept the lanes with a 12-0 overall record. Bowie State's Chalia Gray led the north with the highest average of 165.78 with Elizabeth City State's newcomer amaya Barker not too far behind with a 152.56. Graduate Student Paris Anthony earned the highest score for the Northern Division with a 201. The Vikings of Elizabeth City went 8-4 with a total pinfall 7,636.
