Notes of interest: Fain led the Falcons with 13 points in a 60-57 loss to Clayton State in the Heritage Bank Holiday Classic on December 28. He averaged 9.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals during the two-day tournament held in Morrow, Georgia.

Men's Coach of the Week

The Vikings went 2-0 this weekend with wins over Concord University and Houston Baptist at the 2007 BC Powder Classic hosted by NC Central. The Vikings are off to a 6-3 start for the first time in Walker's tenure as head coach at ECSU.
